Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our wine.

All purchasers must certify that they are over the age of eighteen years.

Shipping and Delivery

It is critical that your order includes any special delivery instructions when ordering through the checkout.

We endeavour to ship orders within 1-2 days of receipt, however with increased use of internet shopping, it is now common to experience shipping delays.

Under some circumstances, we will ship free of charge. Free shipping may be activated, from time to time, by the use of a “coupon” at the checkout. If this is applicable, we will provide you with a coupon code for use at the checkout.

You will receive a tracking notification via email upon dispatch of your order.

Normal Shipping

Shipping is available to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane metropolitan areas . Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and added at the checkout.

Shipping Requiring Quotation

Outer suburbs, regional destinations, WA, and NT destinations incur higher shipping costs – please contact us for a quotation.

We currently do not ship to countries outside of Australia. If you are located outside of Australia and have a query on shipping our wines, please direct enquiries to [email protected]

 Refunds and Returns

If the wine is damaged in any way during transit it will be replaced at no charge to the purchaser.

If at any stage you are unhappy with any wines purchased from the Otway Wine Co- operative, we will happily refund un-opened bottles returned to us within six months of purchase.

If you suspect any wine purchased through the Otway Wine Co-operative is faulty, then please retain the bottle in question, and contact our customer support as soon as possible on at [email protected]. We may request that the bottle be sent back to us for assessment at our discretion, in order to process a refund, or otherwise resolve the situation.

At all times we will do our best to maintain the best possible customer service.  Please feel free to contact us via email [email protected].
