Picual is a Spanish variety. It i the most commonly grown olive variety in Australia for EVOO.

This Picual exhibits aromas of ripe tomato, dry green herbs and artichoke, slightly astringent and bitter on the palate (that’s a good thing).

Despite the high polyphenols, this oil presents as medium bodied, with low pungency.

A medium bodied all-purpose oil. Ideal with fresh bread, for all salads, and all cooking. Variants: 250 and 750ml.
