Picual EVOO

Picual is a Spanish variety. It is the most commonly grown olive variety in Australia for EVOO.
Picual typically exhibits aromas of tomato leaf, artichoke, sweet herbs, wet grass and green tea that transfer smoothly to the palate with a clean mouthfeel, followed by a medium bitterness balanced with a long warm lingering aftertaste.
A medium bodied all-purpose oil. Ideal with fresh bread, for all salads, and all cooking.
Variants: 250 and 750ml.
