This Italian variety typically exhibits an herbaceous aroma with hints of green herb, tomato, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. These flavours transfer smoothly to the palate with a clean mouthfeel, followed by a pleasant bitterness and a long lasting finish.
A medium bodied oil that gives every dish a lift. Ideal with fresh bread, for all salads, and in all cooking.
