Estate Blend EVOO

We blend individual oils from a selection of our varieties to ensure that year-on-year consistency. This EVOO typically exhibits spicy and herbaceous aromas with hints of tomato, green banana, radicchio and warm spices. These aromas transfer cleanly to the palate with a building bitterness leaving a warm spicy and lingering aftertaste.
Otway Olives Estate Blend is an all-round oil that satisfies every palate. Ideal with fresh bread, for all salads, and in all cooking.
