Table Olives – Leccino (Ligurian)

Small Leccino olives – naturally prepared, by traditional fermentation in brine over approximately 12+ months. Unlike many commercial olives, no harsh chemicals are used to accelerate this natural process.
Naturally fermented table olives form a mainstay in the Mediterranean diet.
Flavoured in the jar according to our own “Greek” style method using a touch of chilli, garlic, lemon and herbs. Best served lightly warmed (a quick zap in the microwave does the trick), then drizzled with Otway Olives EVOO.
