Our chardonnay is a classic modern Australian chardonnay – restrained, linear, and complex. It exhibits grapefruit, white peach and oatmeal flavours with a creamy mouthfeel, long crisp finish and green apple aftertaste, enhanced by deft use of subtle oak. Made from the Bernard 95 clone, a clone that produces classic Chablis-style wines, dominated by citrus flavours with crisp acidity and minerality.
